Interprofessionelle Bildung in Pflege und Gesundheitsberufen - Curriculare Gestaltung und Strategien für die Anwendung

Interprofessionelle Edukation ist ein führendes Thema in der beruflichen und hochschulischen Ausbildung der Pflege- und Gesundheitsberufe. Bislang fehlen jedoch anwendungsorientierte Empfehlungen für die nachhaltige Implementierung interprofessioneller Lehr-Lernformate. Aufbauend auf einem Rahmencurriculum stellen die Beiträger*innen praxisnahe Implementierungsstrategien und wissenschaftliche Befunde von verschiedenen Professionen vor. Darüber hinaus wagen sie aus internationaler Perspektive einen Ausblick auf Weiterentwicklungsbedarfe und schließen so eine wichtige Forschungslücke.
