Regina Tendayi holds a Doctoral Degree in Strategic Leadership from Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, USA, and is an Executive Fellow at the Iacocca Institute of Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, USA. She is an experienced executive human resource manager and internal consultant with more than 25 years of experience in leading human resources management, organization development, and talent development programs in global organizations. She has designed and directed HR systems and processes and facilitated organizational and executive development programs for global multi-billion professional services organizations, telecommunications, healthcare, and not-for-profit organizations in countries across Southern Africa, and within the United States. Regina authored two books namely: My Boss the Bully, A Chilling Revelation into Corporate Human Resources Management (2018) and Hands Off! Overcoming Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (2019). She has also published several articles on systems thinking from a human resources management purview.
Larry M. Starr is Executive Fellow and Director of Applied Research in the Lacocca Institute of Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, USA. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Strategic Leadership in the School of Business at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA, USA; Adjunct Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Systems Science in the Department of Medical Education at the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, Scranton, PA, USA; and Managing Director and Principal Consultant for Systems Wisdom, LLC, Philadelphia, PA, USA. He has published and presented more than 180 academic, practice, and conference papers, chapters and books. He is also the Editor of the Series on Complex Systems Leadership (Lehigh University Press).
