Die HGB-Synopse gibt einen Überblick über die historische Entwicklung des Normtextes der Bücher I, II und IV (ohne Transportrecht) durch eine synoptische Darstellung von HGB 2024, HGB 1897 (mit allen Änderungen), ADHGB und österreichischem UGB (seit 2005). Der Übergang ADHGB zu HGB wird durch neu herausgegebene Erläuterungen von Hermann Staub erklärt.
Der Band erleichtert die historische und vergleichende Auslegung des geltenden Rechts.

This HGB synopsis gives an overview of the historical development of the texts of Books I, II, and IV (excl. transport law) through a synoptic presentation of HGB 2024, HGB 1897 (incl. all changes), the General German Commercial Code (ADHGB), and the Austrian Commercial Code. Hermann Staub provides a new explanation of the transition from the ADHGB to the HGB. This volume facilitates historical and comparative interpretations of the current law.
