ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Victoria Roberts is a specialist in Business and Property matters with a particular leaning to the mis-selling of financial services. She practises in consumer loans and car finance up to Supreme Court level. Victoria has previously worked as In-House Counsel for the Financial Conduct Authority.

Nick Harrison is a Business and Property Barrister. His practice includes a broad mix of chancery, commercial and sports law work. He specialises in financial mis-selling claims.
