Terrorism is not just violence expressed on the spur of the moment, but an organized instrument to achieve political objectives. It has its own identity, comprising various issues. Terrorism defines here as an act or threat of an act of tactical violence by a group of trained individuals, having international linkage, to achieve political objectives.
