Jens Kröger (Dipl. Betriebswirt FH) verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung als Management- und Strategieberater. Der zertifizierte Scrum Master und Product Owner berät vorwiegend auf Top-Management-Ebene zu den Schwerpunkten Organisationsentwicklung und Data & Customer Insights. Unter anderem setzt er seine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten beim Aufbau agiler Organisationen für Unternehmen unterschiedlicher Größen und Branchen ein. Er ist gefragter Keynote-Speaker, Dozent und seit mehr als 20 Jahren als Gründer und Geschäftsführer im Marketingumfeld aktiv.



Stefanie Marx (M.A.) beschäftigt sich seit über 15 Jahren mit den relevanten Fragestellungen des digitalen Marketings im Kontext kundenzentrierter Kommunikation. Die Kommunikationswirtin begann ihre Karriere als Account Managerin in Agenturen und beriet Unternehmen heterogener Branchen. Nach ihrer langjährigen Beratungstätigkeit verantwortete sie in Unternehmen den Aufbau agiler Marketing-Teams sowie den Auf- und Ausbau strategischer digitaler Kundenkommunikation. Stefanie Marx ist zertifizierte Scrum Masterin und Product Ownerin und seit 2016 Dozentin für Online Kommunikation.
