Civil legal framework for digitalization of the economy

The monograph explores the influence of civil law as the main branch of private law on the effectiveness of the processes of digitalization of the economy, the positive and negative sides of the introduction of innovative financial assets into civil turnover, considered as an objective reality of digitalization processes, as well as the interaction of political and legal systems in the process of state regulation of economic relations.
