Sylvie Albert is a professor of leadership and strategy and the past dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics and Continuing Education at the University of Winnipeg, Canada. Dr. Albert has written several books on the development of smart and sustainable communities.
Jean-Eric Aubert is a former OECD and World Bank expert and the president of the Foundation 2100, an NGO working on future studies with long-term visions.
Stéphane Grumbach is a senior researcher at the French National Institute for Research in Digital Science and Technology (INRIA), France.
Jeremy Millard is an independent researcher affiliated to the Danish Technological Institute as a senior analyst and to several European universities as a senior visiting research fellow. He works regularly for the European Commission, the United Nations and the OECD.
Paul Wormeli is an innovation strategist at Wormeli Consulting, LLC, providing management consulting services to government agencies and industry related to improving information sharing in support of critical government services.
