Ibrahim Jalees is popular among readers of Urdu literature for his satirical writings and jurisprudence columns, but also known in literary circles as a fiction writer and journalist. By accepting the social facts and the influences of the society, he initiated formal fiction writing. He was a true and bold spokesperson, and a fearless journalist. He wrote columns on almost all topics, he used to write interesting columns using his natural talent for humour. He had full command of language and expression.
