Sanaz Saifolahi is a barrister practising in London. She has specialised in immigration, asylum and human rights law for over 22 years. With a deep rooted interest in immigration law, fully committed to this area, her work spans widely across business and personal immigration.
In business immigration, Sanaz advises professional and lay clients, businesses and charities. Sanaz is also a specialist in human rights law, asylum and in the rights of EU nationals. In her Court work, Sanaz represents clients at Tribunal level as well as in the higher/international Courts. A number of her cases have resulted in amendments to law and practice.
