Rajkishore Nayak is an Associate Professor with the School of Communication & Design (SCD) at RMIT Vietnam. His current research areas focus on sustainability in fashion and textiles; circular fashion; waste management; CSR; and new and advanced materials. Prior to joining at RMIT Vietnam, Dr. Nayak has worked in contemporary fashion (design and management), human ecology, product development, sustainable dyeing technologies, and functional materials in India and Australia. He is working in collaboration with some universities in Africa, Europe, USA and Asia. Dr. Nayak is working as an Editorial member of various journals such as Journal of Fashion Marketing and Management, Fashion and Textiles; and active member in SDC, ITA and AFC. He has extensive publications in high impacts journals as well as books and book chapters. 

 

Huy Truong Quang serves as the Research Cluster Lead for Logistics & Supply Chain Management at RMIT International University, Vietnam. He has held significant management positions, including Purchasing Manager and Warehouse Manager at Nipro Vietnam Co. Ltd., a leading Japanese medical device manufacturer. He earned his Ph.D. from Kyoto University, Japan, with research interests encompassing risk management, quality, sustainability, digital transformation, and supply chain management. Huy has published extensively on these topics in high-quality academic journals and has collaborated on research projects with several prestigious institutions, including Kyoto University, the University of Minho in Portugal, the University of Girona in Spain, Reutlingen University in Germany, Vienna University in Austria, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in Vietnam.

 

Rudrajeet Pal is Professor in Textile Value Chain within the field of Textile Management, at The Swedish School of Textiles, University of Borås in Sweden. His research includes an eclectic mix of topics that contribute to industrial sustainability, such as resilient enterprises, reverse, circular and cascading supply chains and business models, consumer-driven small-series production, and traceability. Prof. Pal has published extensively in several leading journals in the areas of supply chain management, production research, business models, and textile and fashion. Currently, he serves as the Associate Editor of Journal of Fashion Marketing and Management and has previously been the Editor-in-Chief for Textile Institute Book Series for Elsevier. Prof. Pal is an active research investigator in research and innovation projects funded by European Commission among others. Prof. Pal engages regularly in development projects in the areas of circularity and traceability, for several multi-lateral organizations such as for International Trade Center (ITC), International Labour Organization (ILO). Currently, he also acts as visiting professor in Industrial Engineering and Management at University of Gävle (Sweden) and as a research fellow in circular business models at Turku University of Applied Sciences (Finland).
