This book provides an overview of the European energy law, laying the groundwork for understanding the energy industry. The book explains private and public law aspects of the energy industry and energy environment law. Starting from the internal energy market, current energy law and regulatory issues are explored, from the Energy Union to the globalisation of energy trading.
