Marina Montesano is Professor of Medieval History at the University of Messina, Italy, and is fellow of Villa I Tatti - The Harvard University Center for Italian Renaissance. Her interests lie in the field of cultural history and her recent publications include Classical Culture and Witchcraft in Medieval and Renaissance Italy (2018) and Folklore, Magic, and Witchcraft: Cultural Exchanges from the Twelfth to Eighteenth Century (2021).
