Ana Sampson ist die Autorin vieler Bestseller-Anthologien (Lyrik). Sie wuchs in Kent auf und studierte Englische Literatur an der University of Sheffield. Nachdem sie ihren Master of Arts erworben hatte, begann sie eine Karriere in der Verlags-PR und trat mehrfach im Radio und Fernsehen auf, um über Bücher und Gedichte zu diskutieren. Ana lebt mit ihrem Mann, zwei Töchtern und zwei anspruchsvollen Katzen in Surrey.
