"I wish my boss did that." It's a common response from leaders and team members alike to Achievable's core message: Focus on and acknowledge work done well.
With only 23 percent of employees engaged at work, leaders face what may seem like an unsurmountable challenge. How can they engage their team when they struggle to see beyond their own daily demands and challenges?
Disruptive in its simplicity, Achievable puts people first. There are no fancy theories. It doesn't inundate you with multiple things to do, and there's no master class needed. It's just simple, understandable people strategies that honour team members, tap their potential, improve performance, and increase profitability. Achievable is the solution to the disengagement epidemic.
Whether you're leading a company or a department within one, Achievable gives you the tools to engage, enable, and empower your people and demonstrate what's possible.

Info autore

Fraser Wilson knows from experience what it takes to be a leader who inspires and motivates people in a sector that is heavily regulated, underfunded, and chastised by the media. Wilson was owner and CEO of OMNI Health Care when, in 2007, he sold it to a private equity firm impressed by its culture, brand, and financial performance. Wilson subsequently joined Chartwell Retirement Residences as vice president of long-term care operations. Under his leadership, his platform won awards within the company and the sector. Today, Wilson speaks at conferences to businesses and their leaders about creating a culture of possibility and potential based on the strategies laid out in Achievable.
