The Effectiveness of Fundamental Rights in Private Contractual Relationships - The constitutionalisation of civil law

The book will analyse the effectiveness of these rights in relation to private contractual relations, based on an understanding of the evolution from liberal to social constitutionalism, since, as is well known, modern constitutional hermeneutics has promoted a new interpretation of civil norms, so that man's existential issues have priority over property issues, which culminated in the emergence of the Theory of Horizontal Effectiveness.
