Teen TV is booming. Current youth series on streaming platforms are a clear indication of this, but have so far received little attention in German-language media studies. This anthology provides a fundamental introduction to serial teen TV and takes a look at central case studies, from 13 Reasons Why to DRUCK, the German adaptation of the Norwegian transmedia youth drama SKAM.
