"You Decide: Wounded or Wise?' is a collection of reflections by a counsellor. It touches upon a range of issues and concerns some common, some not so much. Whether it is parenting, love and relationships, mental health and daily life struggles--you will read of the challenges others have faced and how best to navigate those confusions. These perspectives can help you reflect and go inwards.
These reflections can be the start of a conversation to challenge self-limiting beliefs, cycles and patterns you may have held onto for comfort, or those that need to be healed.
Sandeep Adnani is a Mental Health Counsellor, Life Coach and Professional Supervisor based in Melbourne. He is a Level 2 Australian Counselling Association member, helping clients globally with his face-to-face, phone and video counselling service. His private practice, 'counsellingLIFE' was established in July 2018.
