He is also Director of Europe-Asia Research Cooperation at the Yokosuka Council of Asia-Pacific Studies and an International Research Fellow at the Canon Institute for Global Studies, Japan. He is a former fellow at the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, New Delhi, India.
