Valledupar is a magical city bathed by beautiful landscapes, where its streets reflect the warmth of its people who every day bets on growth and development. Where each government that manages to position itself seeks to make the city a welcoming place, in the search of being able to provide solutions to each of the needs of its inhabitants and ensure the integral development of the city. A city in which each of its residents seeks to grow and develop, achieving their maximum potential and giving a better quality of life to their loved ones. For this reason, it is necessary to know how the resources that the city generates and that the central government provides for the solution of needs and the transformation of the city have been invested.
