The A120 Bypass and Flood Alleviation Scheme Little Hadham, Hertfordshire Archaeological Investigations 2019–2020 - Neolithic to post-medieval settlement and land-use

This report presents the results of excavations undertaken ahead of construction of the A120 bypass and associated flood alleviation scheme. Evidence from the Mesolithic to the post-Roman period was found but the main results are later prehistoric settlements and a Roman farmstead that was involved in the large-scale production of spelt.
