The processes of trade liberalization, free trade, regionalization and globalization of the economy, among others, constitute new scenarios in which and in the face of which productive capacity, transformation, value-added, marketing and negotiation skills in international markets -in a word, competitiveness- will define the present and future quality of life of countries and their citizens.
