Cyber army and cyber warfare education in defending the republic of Indonesia has become a legal norm that is specifically regulated in Chapter III of Law No. 23/2019 on the Management of National Resources for State Defense. Using qualitative methods. Results and discussion the regulation of cyber army and warfare education in State Defense in these laws and regulations is very important, especially considering the development of the current strategic environment, both at the global, regional and national levels, which shows the multidimensional of threats to state sovereignty, territorial integrity and national safety. The current threats are more dominated by the threat of cyber-terrorism attacks, which have ideological, economic, political, social, cultural, technological, and safety dimensions.Cultural, technological, public safety, and even legislative dimensions, but given its unpredictable nature, it is not impossible that at some point, military threats may also occur.
