Rachell started her career as Casting Director at Balaji Telefilms and Endemol Shine India and subsequently, as the Creative Head, was part of the core launch team of India's first spiritual lifestyle channel, Anandam. Recently, she was also the Creative Producer and Showrunner on India's first historical web show, Chhatrasal on MX Player. She has won many awards and was also nominated for Filmfare OTT Awards. Apart from her work in the media & entertainment industry, her compassion toward animals and championing their causes have always been close to her heart.
