The MASCs - Adequate Methods of Conflict Resolution as a redeeming and emancipating source of empowerment of interpersonal bonds and social pacification. State and extra-state methods of conflict resolution and their re-adaptation to the growing and marginal context in face of the demands of controversies versus offers of adequate solutions to emergent conflicts arising from citizenship relations. It is important to highlight here the protagonism, the players in this assertion, the so-called legatees, sometimes appearing as the State-judge, sometimes appearing as a parastatal entity, either by the coercive force or by the guaranteeing logic of the solution in the search for the satisfaction of the amount claimed after the conviction within the intra-parties evidential game.It is certain that such a solution has been a paradox nowadays, because when we perform an analysis of the structure, here understood as the social fabric and the procedural conjuncture involved, movements of the method itself, these paths have presented themselves as mitigating on the desired previous results. It was also observed that solutions through self-composition have had a beneficial and empowering effect on citizenship.
