Ulteriori informazioni

Student attrition is a persisting challenge that scholars have discussed for years. The problem affects higher education institutions worldwide, regardless of structure (full-time, part-time), levels (doctoral, master, and bachelor's degrees), and resource availability. Although many issues contribute to the problem, the student's social-relational aspects are the leading causes. So, without constructive and understandable communication, students and supervisors cannot collaborate. Student attrition is a problem caused mainly by the failure of supervision partners to communicate their needs and expectations. Therefore, the book will help research students and their learning agencies to comprehend their social relational needs and expectations and how to fulfill them.
