Jiang Qing (Jiang Wei) is MBA cooperation tutor of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, the vice-president of Chinese Academy of Education Big Data, director of CSISC Big Data Research Laboratory and executive director of China Statistical Information Consulting Center.


Jiang Qing is mainly engaged in big data application research, big data and leadership decision-making, digital governance, policy evaluation and other fields of think tank research and big data application practice, and leads the team to build big data application platform, such as big data of public sentiment, big data of network retail, big data of B&R, big data of word of mouth, data mining and data visualization. Since 2013,Jiang Qing led the team to undertake the task of special report for the NPC and CPPCC National Committee annual sessions for five consecutive years, and undertook the research based on big data, top-level design and implementation of big data-based entrusted projects by a number ofcentral leaders, ministries and commissions, local governments, enterprises and institutions, including the National Academy of Administration, the State Food and Drug administration, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Agriculture and the National Bureau of Statistics. She is one of the earliest practitioners engaged in big data application research in China.
