Evelyn is the founder of Evelyn Chick Projects Inc., owner of Ahma event space and Simpl Things restaurant, both on Queen St. West in Toronto, and Love of Cocktails—Canada’s premier beverage service, curating world class cocktail experiences, custom kits, and corporate gifts for drink enthusiasts around North America.
Lauren Mote is a sought-after consultant and expert in the global spirits industry. She’s a founding partner of the award-winning cocktail bitters line Bittered Sling and of the Nightcap Media Agency. She is the co-author of A Bartender's Guide to the World: Cocktails and Stories from 75 Places. She divides her time between Canada and the Netherlands.
