Jamie Bennett was born and raised in Virginia, leaving only temporarily to study medicine at West Virginia University. She has been a 911 operator, law enforcement officer, major crimes detective, functional nutritional therapy practitioner (FNTP), and author. She now directs a large team of health coaches and builds self-paced programs for optimal wellness using her proprietary process, The Wellness Model¿.
