She is also Head of the Centre for Non-Traditional Security Studies at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), NTU.
Noel M. Morada is a Senior Fellow and Director (Regional Diplomacy and Capacity Buidling) at the Asia Pacific Centre for the Responsibility to Protect, School of Political Science and International Studies, The University of Queensland St. Lucia, Australia.
