This rapidly grew and resulted in him setting up an extremely well known, popular and multi-award-winning dirty burger bar in the Southwest. Since selling the business in 2020, Mark has been championing his passion for dirty food as a private chef throughout the Southwest, cooking for varied clients including celebrities who want dinner parties with a difference. Mark is also a consultant for the restaurant industry where he completely reimagines menus with a dirty food style influence.
