Davide Calì is a reference in children’s and youth literature. He began his career in
1994 as a writer for the Italian magazine Linus. He also writes under
the pseudonyms of Taro Miyazawa and Daikon.
He currently lives in Genoa,
Italy.
His illustrated albums and graphic novels have been published in
more than twenty-five countries. He has received some of the most
important awards in the world of children’s books, such as the Belgium
Libbylit Award, the Bologna Ragazzi Special Award and the SNCF Award in
France.
Gómez studied Fine Arts in Salamanca,
Spain. A new talent, she has worked for several publishing houses in Europe,
such as SM in Spain, Le Petit Bulles Edition in France, and Scholastics and
Sterling in the USA. She has published with NubeOcho Bow-Wow-Meow, Daniela
the Pirate and the collection Hedgehog and Rabbit, among others.
