Matthew Sheets was born and raised in Northeast Oklahoma, he has been a hunter and fishermansince he was big enough to be outdoors. Growing up he partook in the Pre 1840's Mountain man camps where he learned how to build everything he needed. This mentality never left him, he still lives in harmony with the land, taking food and assisting wildlife for continued existence.He has lived the Prepping lifestyle his entire life without ever realizing he was doing it. When he learnedmost cannot do the things needed to ensure survival he felt it was his duty and responsibility to do somethingto teach others. He started his Podcast "The Oklahoma Prepper" and this book has been born from that.
