Informationen zum Autor T. LINDSAY BAKER is the author of numerous books, including Adobe Walls , The Birth of a Texas Ghost Town , and A Gangster Tour of Texas . Until his retirement in 2017, he held the W. K. Gordon Endowed Chair in Texas History at Tarleton State University. Additionally, Baker was for many years the host of the syndicated National Public Radio program T for Texas . PAUL V. CHAPLO is a photographer and author of Marfa Flights: Aerial Views of the Big Bend Country and Amarillo Flights: Aerial Views of the Llano Estacado Country. His work has been displayed in the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the National Museum of American Art in Washington, DC, and the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago.
