The roles of stakeholders in vocational education and training systems in timesof digitalisation - a German-Swisscomparison (RADigital) - Final report of the development project

Sowohl in der Schweiz als auch in Deutschland reagieren die Akteure der Berufsbildung mit zahlreichen Initiativen und Programmen auf die gravierenden technologischen Veränderungen. Dieser Bericht untersucht die Auswirkungen auf die jeweiligen nationalen Governance-Strukturen und Steuerungsmechanismen, indem er die Rolle der Akteure und die Form ihrer Zusammenarbeit analysiert. Dabei lässt sich feststellen, dass trotz vieler Ähnlichkeiten zwischen den Systemen die Unterschiede in der Verteilung der staatlichen Steuerungsmacht, insbesondere bei der Koordination bildungspolitischer Entscheidungen, deutlich spürbar sind.
