He has a long research record on the restructuring of the energy sector.Claude Ménard is Professor of Economics, Centre d'Economie de la Sorbonne, co-founder and past president of the International Society for New Institutional Economics (now SIOE) and a former co-editor of the Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization.John Groenewegen is Professor Emeritus, Delft University of Technology. He is past president of the Association for Evolutionary Economics (AFEE) and past general secretary of the European Association for Evolutionary Political Economy (EAEPE).
