Riassunto
This collection examines Jewish migration within, from and to eastern Europe since 1880. It asks what influenced the decision to immigrate and looks at the personal experience of migration and the critical role of individuals in larger historical processes. This book was originally published as a special issue of East European Jewish Affairs.
