John Lamm is a respected automotive journalist and photographer who covers sports and racing cars for Road & Track. After attending a road race at Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, he decided to become an automotive journalist and began his career with Motor Trend magazine in Los Angeles. In 1975, he moved to Road & Track, where he remains editor-at-large. Lamm has won the International Motor Press Association's Ken Purdy Award and the Motor Press Guild's Dean Batchelor Award.John Lamm is a respected, long-time automotive journalist and photographer who covers sports and racing cars for Road & Track. Before long, he was its automotive industry news and motorsports editor, and for most of his 12 years he served as the magazineÆs managing editor. Edsall left Detroit for Phoenix in 1999 to help modernize one automotive website then launched another, www.iZoom.com. He is a freelance contributor to several automotive and lifestyle publications. Award-winning writer and video presenter Steve Sutcliffe has been working in automotive journalism for more than 20 years, and is the editor-at-large for Autocar magazine, the UK's oldest, most-respected, and biggest-selling weekly automotive publication. His work has appeared in numerous newspapers and periodicals, including the Guardian, Sunday Times, Stuff, Motorsport, and Classic and Sports Car. A race driver of some repute, he competed in the British Touring Car Championship for Lexus in 2001, and in the TVR Tuscan Challenge from 1998--2000, and has driven many of the cars profiled in 365 Sports Cars You Must Drive. Edsall's Motorbooks titles include Camaro 2016, Corvette Stingray, and Chevrolet Volt.James Mann is a leading professional car and motorcycle photographer with more than 30 years of experience shooting for publications, the motor industry, and businesses around the world. His work has appeared within and on the covers of more than 70 books, including Motorbooks titles Art of the Formula 1 Race Car, The Art of the Classic Sports Car, Art of Ducati, and Art of the Le Mans Race Car. James has provided stunning visuals for numerous magazines, including Classic and Sports Car, CAR, Forza, The Sunday Times, and Automobile magazine. He is, for now, the author of zero published novels, six car and motorcycle books, hundreds of newspaper pieces, a number of magazine articles, and a few short stories. He lives in Minneapolis with his wife, some cats, a Triumph TR6, Porsche 944 Turbo, and a Honda CB1100F. When not writing, driving, or riding, he likes rock climbing.Starting photography at the age of 14, George F. Williams quickly realized he could unite photography with his other major passion—cars. His automotive photography career began as an obsession for cars and morphed into a very successful career photographing them. George's current client base includes some of the most prestigious automobile brands in the world.David Newhardt has been photographing vehicles for more than three decades, including a stint at Motor Trend, authoring 17 automotive books, and supplying images to scores of books and magazines. Currently Chief Photographer at Mecum Auctions, David continues to photograph and write about everything automotive. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, and he served eight years on nuclear submarines. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, he currently lives in the Nashville, Tennessee area.
