As Bing Brown continues learning advanced magic to counter the nefarious Council of Ten, Lila Rendettta learns about her Merazian heritage on a water planet like Earth. She reconciliates with her mendacious father, Adabega, who has been recuperating in the House of Dragon's Fountain of Youth. While Bing continues learning advanced magic from previous time dancers, Lila learns her family's use of the ziphiid - a weapon utilizing advanced science and magic that can turn a single person into an army. All the while, Bing is determined to stop the new war that will change Earth for all time. He begins a divide-and-conquer strategy against Council of Ten members. When Lila rejoins Bing at the faux cabin's location, she is his powerful equal. Together with Aarabus and Pegasus, Bing's newly formed Allied Army confronts the council's Anthri Army on the Meffido staging area in the Fourth Dimension. The Weird War begins.
In this saga, a teenage boy advances his knowledge and experience to counteract the tyranical purposes of anthropomorphic and zoomorphic sentient beings.
