Tanja Leppäaho is Professor of Growth Entrepreneurship and Academy of Finland Research Fellow at LUT University, Finland. Previously, she was a professor at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, and the University of Edinburgh Business School, UK. With her research revolving around international entrepreneurship, networking and family firms, Tanja has published articles in a number of leading journals such as Family Business Review.
Jaakko Metsola is a Junior Researcher at LUT University, Finland. Having previously studied international entrepreneurship at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, his research interests involve the internationalisation and international networking of SMEs, family business, and growth entrepreneurship.
