Heinz-Walter Große ist promovierter Betriebswissenschaftler und seit 2011 Vorstandsvorsitzender des global tätigen Medizintechnik- und Pharmaunternehmens B. Braun Melsungen AG. In mehr als 40 Jahren Betriebszugehörigkeit hat er viele Organigramme gesehen und sich bereits als Finanzvorstand gewundert, wie schnell neue Bereiche mit zusätzlichen Mitarbeitern entstehen. Er ist sich sicher: Das Denken in Organigrammen behindert die Zusammenarbeit und führt zu einem unkontrollierten Aufbau von Personal. Das möchte er mit Tasks & Teams ändern. Er glaubt an die Chance zu einem Umdenken.
Bernadette Tillmanns-Estorf hat in Politischer Wissenschaft und Romanistik promoviert und war 6 Jahre in verschiedenen Positionen für den Deutschen Bundestag tätig, bevor sie 1996 zu B. Braun kam. Dort leitet sie die Bereiche Corporate Communications und Corporate Human Resources. In ihrer Doppelrolle sind ihr teamorientierte Führung, effektive Kommunikation und motivierte, selbstbestimmte Mitarbeiter eine Herzensangelegenheit. Deshalb arbeitet sie seit 2017 in ihren Bereichen über Silos und Kästchen hinweg nach dem Prinzip Tasks & Teams und entwickelt den Ansatz kontinuierlich weiter.
