Yijia Jing
is Seaker Chan Chair Professor of Public Management and Associate Dean at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs, Fudan University. He is editor-in-chief of Fudan Public Administration Review, associate editor of Public Administration Review, and co-editor of International Public Management Journal. He is the founding co-editor of the Palgrave Macmillan book series, Governing China in the 21 Century. He serves as a Vice- President of International Research Society for Public Management. 

Alvaro Mendez
is co-director of the Global South Unit and a Senior Research Fellow at the London School of Economics. He was formerly editor of Millennium—Journal of International Studies at the London School of Economics. His recent publications include: Colombian Agency and the Making of US Foreign Policy (Routledge, 2017); Global Governance in Foreign Policy (Oxford University Press, 2017 ); The China-Latin America Axis: Emerging Markets and their Role in an Increasingly Globalised World.

Yu Zheng
is a Professor at the School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA), Fudan University.  He is the author of Governance and Foreign Investment in China, India, and Taiwan: Credibility, Flexibility, and International Business. He is an Associate-in-Research at the Fairbank Center for Chinese Studies, Harvard University.
