Human Rights in Africa - Perspectives within the Ecology of Religion, History and Governance

The present work on schedule studies the issue of human rights in Africa from a multidisciplinary perspective: history, religion, governance, culture, etc. The major areas of concern for the scholars who have written the different chapters of this work are the interpretation of human rights, which is fundamental to its understanding, application and results; the Mass media, its responsibilities and challenges; electoral rights; human rights in African traditional religion, and very significant is the Boko Haram issue which has bordered the development of Nigeria as a nation.
