EM la notte cupa e tenebrosa Come il freddo novembre a noi le adduce. Il gnz è un' invenzion meravigliosa; Pur qui in Milano, in luogo di dar luce, Non serve (e sembra idea contro natura) Che a far veder quanto la notte è oscura.
E ciò sia detto pur con tutta pace Di quel buon Tasca, che da bel principio Il nostro gnz più che del Sol la face, Co' suoi versi lodò ma il municipio, Forse per fine smacco a quel poeta Lo fece comparir falso profeta.
