This book focuses on the increasing disparity between male and female public primary school teachers - a problem that has become a source of worry to many parents and educators globally. As a philosophical discourse, it employs logical analysis in search of answers to some perplexing questions that have made front-page headlines in some countries, like: Why Are There Too Few Male Primary School Teachers? Does the Shortage of Male Teachers Affect Pupils' Moral Development? What Can We Do to Motivate More Men to Teach Pupils?
