Définitions. On appelle segment une portion de droite sur laquelle un sens est défini. Pour déterminer le sens du segment, on distingue les deux points qui limitent le segment. L'un de ces points est appelé an'gine du segment et l'autre extrémité. On appelle alors sens du segment le sens dans lequel se déplace un mobile qui parcourt le segment en allant de l'origine vers l'extrémité.
