Art. 9. Les associés étrangers et les correspondants étrangers sont nommés individuellement et au scrutin secret, à la demande de trois membres qui inscrivent leur proposition sur le grand registre et y appo sent leur signature. Le scrutin a lieu à la majorité absolue des membres présents, dans la séance qui suit l'inscription de la candidature.
