According to the logic of pragmatism of survival-OPEC oil producers must consider both the shadow of U.S shale oil as a Geo-Technical Weapon and renewable energies on their selections when it comes to policy-making. Today, U.S shale oil is the most important OPEC's rival; thus, petro-states of Persian Gulf region in crossing of this great-divide must pragmatically select the best alternative between their own maximizing of interests and regional contestations and rivalries. U.S Shale oil can be applied as a political and Geo-Technical weapon in the game of Iran scapegoating of by triangular of Saudi-Israel- U.S or versus any other rivals such as Russia, China, etc.
