There is also a report that the French are about to send six regiments to India by way Of Holland, to be transported from thence in Dutch bottoms I mention this to your Lordship as having been communicated to me in the way of conjecture only; yet, as it seems to tally SO much with the other accounts, I think it right to Offer it as an Object of your Lordship's future attention.
