Il Ministero dei Lavori Pubblici, in seguito a tale invito, affidava ad una Commissione lo incarico di sopra detto, ed a far parte di questa chiamava il chiarissimo ingegnere commen datore Grandis, il R. Commissario tecnico per le ferrovie Ro mane e l'ingegnere Capo del servizio sociale della manuten zione.
